Meet the Farmer
Hello my gardening friends,
I am Mandy Aldridge, and I am a lifetime lover of the garden, soil, and flowers.
Having learned so much from my mother, I continued to grow, experiment, and expand my hobby. I have grown perennials, annuals, and plants for as long as I can remember (over 40 years!), and I have arranged flowers for about the same time.
For years, my family and friends always asked, “Why don’t you sell your flowers? They are so beautiful!” So finally, I’m giving it a go!
I am a small flower farmer growing a wide variety of perennials and annuals. I love to experiment and see what happens. I am an admirer of dahlias of all shapes, colors, and sizes. I have found so much peaceful satisfaction in learning to grow, divide, and arrange this amazing flower; starting from a potato looking tuber and growing into the most spectacular blooms I can’t stop looking at. This year I will grow over 75 varieties to ooh-and-ahh over.
I find division and sharing is a wonderful way to spread excitement and joy to old friends and new.

The Farm
What began as a backyard garden has slowly grown into a small flower farm over the past few years. Today, I grow a wide variety of specialty annuals chosen for their beauty, resilience, and ability to shine in seasonal arrangements. Each row is carefully tended with irrigation and grown without the use of pesticides, allowing the flowers to flourish as naturally as possible.
I continue to experiment each season, adding new varieties and learning along the way. A small cooler helps extend the life of freshly harvested blooms and provides a safe winter home for dahlia tubers and ranunculus corms until the garden begins again in spring.

The Garden
My love of perennials has been the heart of my garden from the very beginning. Over the years, I’ve discovered tried-and-true varieties that thrive and delight, while the world of perennials continues to grow, always offering something new to explore. Each season brings the opportunity to plant new beds, experiment with fresh varieties, and watch the garden expand in unexpected ways. I’m fortunate to have plenty of space to let the garden (and my curiosity) grow.
